Kakó athöfn á fullu tungli / Full Moon Ceremony

Við komum saman á fullu tungli, hugleiðum og setjum okkur ásetning yfir helgum kakóbolla frá Suður Ameríku. Við nýtum krafta þessa fulla tungls í hrútsmerki og losum okkur við það sem þjónar okkur ekki lengur (ávana, hugsanir, mynstur…) og gerum rými fyrir nýtt.
Gott að klæðast þægilegum fatnaði og hafa með sér vatnbrúsa.
Huld og Sigrún Björg leiða stundina.

We come together on this full moon and meditate with Ceremonial Cacao from South America. We will use the magic of the full moon to help us get rid of anything that doesn’t serve us anymore (thoughts, habits, patterns…) and set new intentions for this new moon cycle.
Good to wear comfortable clothing and bring a bottle of water.
Huld and Sigrún will lead the ceremony.
